Case Manager - intake and assessment (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
