Case Manager - intake and assessment (Seattle, WA)

Lumen Basin Civic Services works with county and city offices around Seattle, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
