Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Timber Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
