Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

Bright Maple Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment.
