Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Field Housing and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 346 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
