Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Glen Civic Services supports public agencies in Savannah with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for permits. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
