Harborlight Junction Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 502 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
