Case Manager - intake and assessment (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Lantern Early Learning runs childcare centres in Savannah caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
