Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Haven Learning Group is an education provider in San Diego serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
