Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Diego, CA)

Foxglove Lantern Property Management is a San Diego property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
