Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Antonio, TX)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around San Antonio. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
