Case Manager - intake and assessment (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Summit Property Management is a San Antonio property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
