Case Manager - intake and assessment (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Junction Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
