Case Manager - intake and assessment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Salt Lake City, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
