Case Manager - intake and assessment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Lantern Property Management looks after rental homes across the Salt Lake City area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
