Case Manager - intake and assessment (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Ridge Property Management is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
