Case Manager - intake and assessment (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Rowan Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for public records. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
