Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

Bright Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Reno serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
