Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

Ironwood Amber Property Management is a Reno property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
