Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Mill Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 30 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
