Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Ivory Health and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for electronic records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
