Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

Rivermark Summit Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the Reno area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 199 people based in Reno. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
