Case Manager - intake and assessment (Reno, NV)

Clearpath Loom Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 899 people based in Reno. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
