Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Wichita, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
