Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Nova Amber Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for family communication, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
