Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Silverline Corner Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
