Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Dallas. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
