Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Union Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 409 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
