Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Granite Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Boston area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Families are partners. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
