Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Stonegate Meadow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
