Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
