Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Oak Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
