Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Harborlight Nest Community Partners is a Honolulu charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
