Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Foxglove Rook Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Oakland, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
