Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
