Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Juniper Civic Services supports public agencies in Columbus with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
