Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Thistle Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Charlotte. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
