Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Quarry Care Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 993 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
