Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar North Early Learning Partners operates neighbourhood childcare around Des Moines. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
