Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Haven Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
