Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
