Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Phoenix. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 142 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for food distribution. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with food distribution. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
