Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Nova Meadow Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with student accounts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
