Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Highbridge Wilder Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Denver. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
