Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning Group is an early-learning provider in Providence, and we need a Case Manager to lead our intake and assessment. You would join a large organisation of about 830 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
