Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Greenridge Haven Learning Group is an education provider in Houston serving students and families. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
