Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Cedar Loom Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Spokane. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
