Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Lumen Bright Housing manages affordable housing communities across Boston. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
