Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Nova Wilder Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boise. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on intake and assessment. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
