Case Manager - intake and assessment (remote)

Amberfield Cobalt Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on intake and assessment for benefits enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for benefits enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
